The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has almost 1 million volunteers nationwide involved in every facet of the organization's operations. Volunteers are a critical resource in helping the Society achieve its mission. Each year we set our goals higher, and in order to reach those goals, we need you! Key areas of volunteer activity include: filing mailings, inventory, Advocacy, packaging and miscellaneous office duties. We have several large events each year that depend on our important team of volunteers. Volunteer activities at an event include: distributing food; soliciting donations; registering participants; planning and participating in special events and ssisting with the set-up, clean-up and breakdown.
